Our Wuxi operation
The factory occupies approximately 5,600 m², with a team of around 37 people. Our address is No. 566 Xida Road, Xinwu District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
Our main product groups include security mesh, double wire and welded mesh, steel railings, sports fencing, gates and post components. We review wire or section construction, required finish and assembly details before allocating the production route. Complementary items may follow a partner supply route.
One order can involve several component routes
A custom fence order joins several manufacturing decisions: mesh geometry, cut sections, welded details, holes, finish and bought-in hardware. Our factory coordination keeps those decisions tied to the same drawing revision and component schedule, so the panel, post and gate references remain compatible.
Where an enquiry has several product groups, we review the scope item by item. This is particularly useful for importers combining regular panel lines with project-specific gates or replacement components.
From an agreed drawing to a packed order
The approved drawing and material schedule guide production and inspection. Before batch work proceeds, resolve critical dimensions and any sample hold points. We then check the agreed material, dimensions, weld appearance, coating, accessory quantities and packing references; the quality-control page sets out those checkpoints.
Before dispatch, panels, posts and smaller fittings are grouped and identified. A clear packing reference helps the receiving team distinguish similar heights, post types or fixing sets without unpacking unrelated items.
Details of the checks are explained on our quality control page. Inspection requirements beyond the agreed routine scope, including a third-party visit, should be discussed while the order is being defined.
Working with contractors and distributors
A contractor may need short bays, handed gate leaves and zone labels within one job. An importer may need a repeat panel design with an unchanged clamp interface and stock code. We plan the order around that difference rather than treating every custom requirement as a new catalogue product.
