Wire rolls and concertina coils are different orders

Barbed wire is identified by strand construction, wire diameters, barb arrangement and roll length.

Concertina razor wire needs its blade and core specification, coil geometry and deployment basis recorded. Packed coil size alone does not establish the installed length or footprint.

Compare quantities using the same stated basis. A price per roll or coil is not meaningful unless the product specification and contained or deployed length are understood.

List the supporting parts

Identify brackets, attachment components and any additional supporting members separately. Show their orientation and relationship to the fence, gate openings and adjacent property.

The site's responsible team needs to determine suitability, permitted placement, warnings and safe access for installation and maintenance. Product availability does not establish approval for a particular location.

Make the delivery identifiable

Keep product references, material requirements and lengths on the order and packing list. Discuss receiving and storage constraints before dispatch, including any protection needed for sharp products.

For the underlying boundary, review security mesh fencing and its post connections. Any topping must be included in the relevant design rather than added to an existing fence without checking the interfaces.
