A mixed product order needs a bill of materials as well as a list of names. Our team reviews which items are fabricated to drawing, matched to existing components or supplied through partners. Separate panels, posts, gate assemblies and loose hardware in the bill of materials. For parts intended to fit an existing installation, include measured interfaces or an approved sample rather than relying on a catalogue description. Read the quotation guide before sending a mixed-product enquiry.

| Order detail | What to define with our team |
|---|---|
| Panels and fabric | Provide construction, dimensions, mesh or section details and quantities. |
| Gates and fittings | Identify openings, mating interfaces and the contents of each component set. |
| Approval and delivery | State finish, sample requirements, destination and proposed packing or project phases. |
Keep the same approved drawing revision across related panels, posts and hardware. For rollable fence products or relocatable systems, also distinguish the packed form from the deployed assembly and its support requirements.
Yes. Separate each item’s specification and quantity, then identify components that must fit together. We review the combined scope and confirm production or sourcing arrangements before agreeing the order.
List quantities, dimensions and delivery destination, with the drawing revision where available.
