Continue the appropriate opening pattern
The mesh should suit the stock using the entrance and the adjoining fence. Graduated and uniform patterns serve different layouts; specify the actual line spacing and orientation. The lower part of the gate often deserves particular attention where smaller animals use the enclosure.
Identify the infill attachment and exposed edges in the drawing. A frame with an unspecified sheet of mesh does not establish the finished gate's contact surfaces or long-term repair method.
Measure the entrance independently of the leaf

Do not order by clear opening alone and assume the leaf has that same width. Hinges, receiver and required clearances determine the relationship. Confirm the convention used in the quotation and drawing.
Select bracing and hardware for the assembly
Frame section, infill mass and gate width affect the support and bracing design. Match hinges and latches to the gate and supporting posts. Timber-post and steel-post fittings may require different arrangements.
Include hinge sets, latch, receivers and any hold-open or stop arrangement within the agreed scope. A gate leaf without the intended hardware cannot be compared directly with a complete installed assembly.
