Choose the worksheet by task
| File | Use |
|---|---|
| RFQ worksheet — CSV | Organise the products, quantities, specification and destination for an enquiry |
| Component schedule — CSV | List panels, posts, gates and fittings under identifiable item references |
| Specification review — CSV | Record dimensions, measurement bases and drawing revisions |
| Inspection record — CSV | Record visible condition, actions and follow-up against locations and parts |
Use the same references as the drawings
Carry item numbers and revision references into the worksheets. Separate quantities measured in metres from panels, posts or sets, and define what a set contains.
These are procurement and record-keeping tools. They do not define an engineered fence configuration, certify product performance or replace the instructions supplied for a particular assembly.
Send the relevant files with your enquiry
Email completed schedules and the supporting drawings to info@fencingwise.com. Indicate which documents are current and which items you need priced.
For help choosing the fields, read the RFQ checklist, specification-sheet guidance or installation record guidance.
