Descriptions and illustrations help identify a product family and the details needed to specify it. They do not establish availability, a fixed price or a guaranteed delivery date. Schematic illustrations are not photographs of a supplied order.
A product name alone does not establish compliance with a project specification or a test standard. Any required performance evidence, certification or inspection document must be identified and agreed for the relevant product and configuration.
Enquiries and quotations
Send requirements with quantities, dimension definitions, finish, delivery destination and the applicable drawing revision. Identify gates, posts, fixings, packing and documents separately where they are required.
A quotation should be read with its stated inclusions, exclusions, currency, validity and commercial conditions. Sample arrangements, payment terms, production scheduling and shipping scope are agreed for the actual order. Do not assume that an example described on the website is included in a quotation.
The website enquiry tool prepares an email draft. You must send the email through your own service; using the tool does not place an order or confirm receipt by FencingWise.
Order documents and changes
Before production, resolve differences between the purchase order, quotation and approved drawings in writing. State which document and revision govern each requirement. A requested change to quantity, dimensions, finish, packing or destination may affect price and scheduling and needs written agreement.
For replacement parts, provide interface dimensions or an approved sample. A shared model description does not by itself confirm compatibility with an existing fence.
Checks, delivery and receipt
Agree sample approval, inspection scope, acceptance criteria and required records before the relevant work begins. Any third-party inspection arrangement should identify its timing, scope and responsibilities.
Packing, transport responsibilities and delivery terms follow the order agreement. On receipt, compare pack identification and quantities with the shipping documents and record visible damage or shortages. Notify us promptly with the order reference, affected item codes, photographs and relevant records so the issue can be investigated. Contractual claim periods and remedies are those agreed for the order, subject to applicable law.
Site design and installation
The purchaser and appointed project specialists must establish suitability for the site, including structural design, foundations, wind exposure, local requirements and installation arrangements. Powered gates also require system-level safety assessment and commissioning. Supply of a fence or gate component does not by itself include those services.
Website use and third-party references
You may use the website and downloadable worksheets to prepare business enquiries. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or misrepresent its content. Third-party links are provided for relevant reference; their content and services are controlled by their operators.
Contract questions
Applicable law, dispute arrangements and other commercial provisions must be read from the agreed order documents. These website terms do not replace a signed agreement or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
