Specify installed coverage, not just coil size
Loop diameter, overlap and installed length describe different dimensions. A packed coil dimension does not establish how much fence it will cover. State the required installed height, coverage and fixing arrangement in the order drawing.
The blade profile, core wire, metallic material and protective finish must identify the actual offered product. Do not assume that all products described as flat razor wire share the same construction.

A flatter profile does not automatically make razor wire appropriate beside public access. The project team must assess the location, legal requirements, warning arrangements and professional installation method. No universal installation height or warning-sign spacing is stated here.
Pack for controlled handling
Identify product references and quantities without requiring the receiving team to open a hazardous coil for counting. Agree protective packing and handling instructions with the order. Storage, lifting, installation and removal should be carried out under a suitable professional method.
For maintenance, arrange safe inspection access and the approved response to damage or trapped material. Do not require staff to improvise repairs around sharp tensioned components.
