Read the full mesh design
Height, number of horizontal wires, vertical stay spacing and the sequence of openings all affect the finished mesh. A catalogue code is useful only when its meaning is stated. Keep a dimensioned mesh diagram with the order so that a distributor and installer interpret the same pattern.
Closer lower openings may be considered for smaller stock, but the whole selection must suit the species, age and use. Fixed-knot construction alone does not establish suitability for every animal or enclosure.
Compare the roll and the installed system

The terminal and corner assemblies carry the tensioned run. Line posts hold the specified alignment but are not automatically substitutes for strainers. Use the selected system's installation instructions and the site's ground conditions to establish the support arrangement.
Keep replacement rolls compatible
For extensions and repairs, retain the mesh pattern, wire measurement basis and coating reference. A roll of the same overall height may have different line positions and require a different connection at the join.
For bulk supply, identify roll quantity, labels and pallet arrangement separately. Actual dimensions and material options are established in the offer rather than inferred from another manufacturer's model number.
