Request a document by name
The following names help identify the type of document your purchasing team needs. Applicability depends on the organisation, product and activity covered by the actual document.

| ISO 14001 — Environmental management systems certificate | Check the named organisation and environmental management scope |
| Material inspection certificate or report | Identify material grade, lot and reported results |
| Galvanizing or coating inspection report | Review the specified finish and relevant batch checks |
| Product test report | Review the tested model, characteristic and conditions |
This is a document-request list, not a claim that every product carries every certification. Management-system certification and product test evidence have different scopes.
Ask for the scope needed by your project
Send the required standard or test method, applicable edition if specified, and the product configuration. For an existing order, include the order and item references. Identify any requirement for a named issuing body or a particular document format.
Product evidence should match the offered assembly, including the relevant dimensions, supports and connections. A document for a different manufacturer or product is not interchangeable merely because the material or mesh name is similar.
